Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy - except for loose leaf tea, as all sales of loose leaf tea are final. You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item for any item other than loose leaf tea.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@LeahReyes.shop and we will send you the return address.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and purchase a new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your money.
